The Interlochen Arts Academy and Arts Camp have launched their annual Audition Tour. Directors and faculty from the Dance, Music and Theatre departments will visit select cities and offer prospective Academy and Camp students the opportunity to audition, receive feedback, participate in master classes and, in some cases, receive same day decisions on admission acceptance. 1) Select a Division
- Junior Division: Students who will have completed grades 3-6 and are at least 8 years old at the start of Camp.
- Intermediate Division: Students who will have completed grades 6-9.
- High School Division: Students who will have completed grades 9-12.
Please note: Students who will have completed grades six or nine may request consideration to either of two divisions. The admission committee will determine appropriate placement based on skill level.
2) Select a Program

3a) Complete the Application for Admission

3b) Submit Audition and/or Portfolio Materials (if applicable)
Audition and portfolio materials can be submitted online at https://app.decisiondesk.com/clients/interlochenarts/apply, after you have completed the application. Additional Requirements for Need-Based Financial Aid Applicants
Required income documentation must be received with your Application for Admission in order to be considered for need-based financial aid. Applicants may submit their income documentation through the online application for admission. Please visit our Scholarships and Financial Aid webpage for more information.
Additional Requirements for International Students
International students must submit an official Certificate of Finance prepared for all financial institutions of the candidate’s immediate family members, a copy of the applicant’s passport photo page and a copy of the current U.S. student visa and I-20, if applicable. These requirements are in addition to the other application criteria outlined.
Admission is not guaranteed and applicants are given an admission decision as quickly as possible. To accept the offer of admission, the enrollment agreement and non-refundable deposit must be returned to the Office of Admission and Financial Aid within two weeks of the acceptance notification.
