Add Ticket Protection to your order and get a refund if you need it—no questions asked.

We know that a lot can happen between the moment you buy your ticket and the day of the event. With Ticket Protection, you’ll be able to receive a refund on your tickets if you are unable to attend the event for any reason.

Purchase Ticket Protection

Ticket Protection needs to be purchased for each ticket that you would like protected.

If you realize you won’t be able to attend the event, email us at ticketprotection@interlochen.org or call the Box Office at 800.681.5920.

Ticket Protection can be redeemed until one hour prior to the performance. 

Receive your refund

Please note that Ticket Protection only covers the price of your ticket. Order fees are non-refundable.
