Classic Brothers Grimm stories collide in James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning musical Into the Woods. Brought to life by director Justin Lee Miller and the Arts Academy Theatre Division as a lively 1980s-inspired adventure, the beloved musical follows a young baker and his wife as they seek to break a witch’s curse. Along the way, the duo encounter a familiar cast of characters—and confront timeless themes such as morality, growing up, accepting responsibility, and the complexity of parent-child relationships.
