Phoenix Symphony Music Director Tito Muñoz takes the podium as the World Youth Symphony Orchestra performs its final concert of the 2022 season. Muñoz will lead the ensemble in a diverse program including Valerie Coleman’s “7 O’Clock Shout,” Arturo Márquez’s “Danzon No. 2,” and Ottorino Respighi’s Pines of Rome. The program will conclude with Interlochen Arts Camp’s traditional end-of-the-summer performance of Franz Liszt’s “Les Préludes” by the combined high school instrumental ensembles and the Interlochen Summer Dance Ensemble.
