Celebrated by the New York Times for his "vivacious performances," John Doe currently teaches flute at Arts Academy, Arts Camp, and Interlochen Online. As a Board of Trustee at the National Flute Association, Doe is a highly sought-after educator who regularly performs and conducts master classes at his alma mater the Thornton School of Music—and other institutions across the nation. Before Interlochen, Doe played with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra from 2000-2015, performing alongside internationally renowned flutists like Sir James Galway.
