About Acie

Acie Clark is a multi-disciplinary writer who loves lists, hybrid-genres, and learning the names of things. Clark is also an Assistant Professor in the Film, Theatre, and Creative Writing Department at the University of Central Arkansas. Their non-fiction, poetry, and fiction can be found in Passages North, American Short Fiction, Poet Lore, and the Massachusetts Review, among others. He is a 2024-2025 Fine Arts Work Center writing fellow.

We'll use our classroom as an actual workshop space—a space where we create and work with metaphoric and literal tools—where we all have something to teach each other.
