About Ana
Ana Lazarevic was born in Belgrade, Serbia. She holds an MFA in Film from Columbia University in the City of New York. Her first feature film, THE GAME, premiered at the 2021 Toronto International Film Festival, Discovery section. Her short film, THE RUNNER, had its World Premiere at the New York Film Festival, won the Grand Jury Prize at Martha’s Vineyard Film Festival, and went on to play internationally in Israel, Portugal, Argentina, and Mexico. She is an IFP/Film Society of Lincoln Center’s Emerging Visions and Artist’s Academy Fellow and a graduate of Black Factory Cinema’s workshop with Abbas Kiarostami in Cuba's Escuela de Cine i TV (EICTV).
Lazarevic is currently developing a limited series inspired by true events with Mind Hive Films, a Los Angeles-based production company.
