Teaching is an inextricably bound part of my professional life. I believe in a (1) firm grounding in basic skill sets, along with (2) a view toward the present and future of development. I seek to give students an inclusive perspective on music making in the twenty-first century that involves discourse in highly diversified musical settings, a place where my professional experience and teaching coalesce.
