Claudie Mabry
About Claudie
Claudie Mabry (IAC 05-07, IAC St 11) is a strategist and arts administrator. Most recently, Claudie worked at Kaufman Music Center as the Director of Social Innovation. In this role, she worked across the Center to vision and strategize opportunities for social impact that reach all of Kaufman’s stakeholders while cultivating and sustaining equitable community-based partnerships and public engagement.
Prior to Kaufman, Claudie worked as a consultant with TYTHEdesign in partnership with the city government and community-based nonprofits in New York. Her work has provided her the opportunity to build community capacity, strengthen cultural equity, and prioritize social justice across the five boroughs. In addition, Claudie has previously held roles at esteemed nonprofits, including the Center for Justice Innovation, the Naturally Occurring Cultural Districts (NOCD-NY), and Groundswell Community Mural Project.
Claudie holds a master’s degree in Urban Policy from The New School. She attended Interlochen Arts Camp for three summers from 2005 to 2007, majoring in classical and jazz percussion. She was also an HSG counselor in 2011. Since 2017, she has served as an Interlochen Ambassador in New York.
