Heather Lee, Dean of Admission & Financial Aid - Camp, leads the Arts Camp Admission Team in recruiting over 3,000 students to attend Interlochen Arts Camp every summer. In addition, Lee serves as a key member of the Financial Aid Committee for the Arts Camp programs.

Before joining Admission, Lee was the Director of Human Resources - Camp and HR Information Systems. In this role, Lee focused on recruiting and employee relations for over 1,000 Interlochen Arts Camp faculty and staff. Lee was also responsible for data integrity and reporting within ICA's Human Resources information systems.

Lee joined Interlochen in 2014, after several years of volunteering as the Parent Faculty Association President and serving on the Board of Trustees for Corbett Preparatory School in Tampa, Florida.

Before taking time out of the workforce to raise her three children, Lee was the Assistant Vice President - Senior Human Resources Manager - Commercial Banking for Fifth Third Bancorp at their headquarters in Cincinnati. Prior to Fifth Third, Lee was Human Resources Manager at Deloitte and Touche in Cincinnati after transferring from the Detroit office where she was a Manager in their Enterprise Risk Services consulting group.
