About Julia

Julia Pott is an award-winning British animator and illustrator living in Los Angeles. She graduated with an MA in animation from the Royal College of Art and her films have screened at festivals worldwide including Sundance, TIFF, Annecy and SXSW.

She was a staff writer on the final two seasons of Adventure Time and is the creator and executive producer for the Peabody-, Emmy-, and three-time GLAAD-nominated series Summer Camp Island on HBO MAX. She was named one of the 10 Animators to Watch by Variety Magazine, named one of 25 New Faces of Film by Filmmaker Magazine, and is an ADC Young Gun.

Her clients include Channel 4, Annapurna, The Jim Henson Company, Toyota, Oreo, J. Crew, Hermes, Madewell, Rachel Antonoff, MTV, and Bat for Lashes + Glamour.
