Kendra Allenby is a New York-based cartoonist who draws the moments when human contradictions come to the surface. She draws the things that are hard to put into words, in hopes that her art will bring greater understanding to herself and others. Her work has been featured in New Yorker, Fantasy and Science Fiction Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Alpinist, Barrons, Woman’s World and others. She draws cartoons for organizations like the Red Cross to help them clarify and share their thoughts. Allenby also teaches and gives talks. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, and drinking coffee.
