About Martha

Martha Kitchen started working for Interlochen in April of 2007. After earning an Associates Degree from Northwestern Michigan College she worked in various fields including Mortgage, Commercial, and Consumer Lending, Mortgage Foreclosure, and Commercial Construction. She currently lives with spouse in Lake Ann.

She enjoys needle crafting, scrapbooking, kayaking, biking & snowshoeing. A self-proclaimed "foodie" she and her spouse love to explore great places to eat. They also enjoy the Traverse City Film Festival and support other local events that celebrate the arts that include, but are not limited to Interlochen Center for the Arts, the Traverse City National Writers Series, Grand Rapids ARTPrize, and the local college radio station WMNC.

After a week long Viking River Cruise along the Danube in October 2019 they are planning another cruise along the Rhine in December 2021.
