Mila Pershyna is a distinguished fashion designer, educator, and life coach, who offers her expertise through her online platform, MP Fashion School, which she established during the COVID-19 pandemic. Pershyna's dedication to fashion education extends to Udemy, public schools, libraries, and community centers where she teaches life skills and offers workshops and comprehensive courses to prepare students for a career in fashion.

In addition to her teaching, Pershyna is the founder of MP Global Foundation, a non-profit organization that hosts the annual "Sew What: Kids Fashion Summit." This event focuses on teaching children essential life skills, such as sewing and fashion design, and empowering them to explore their creativity. Pershyna also teaches in a public school as a substitute teacher, further demonstrating her commitment to education and community development.

Pershyna's illustrious career includes working with renowned brands like Diane von Furstenberg (DvF) in New York City. Her designs have been featured in prestigious publications such as British Vogue and showcased on prominent runways, including New York Fashion Week. Her talent and dedication have also earned her a feature on television screens.

In 2012, Pershyna launched her own women's apparel brand, MP Fashion, with the debut collection "Maternity and Beyond," which was successfully sold nationwide and online through platforms like Zulily and Amazon. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to celebrating womanhood have made her a respected figure in the fashion industry.

Adding to her accolades, Pershyna was crowned Mrs. USA 2022, a title that further fueled her passion for creating custom-designed garments. Her journey in fashion and education is marked by a profound belief in the transformative power of learning and creativity. Whether through her in-person lessons, online courses, or community initiatives, Pershyna continues to inspire and empower individuals to pursue their dreams in fashion.

To me, a great educator is a mix of passion, imagination, organization, academic authority, and respect. That sums up my teaching philosophy. The instructors who genuinely loved what they taught were the ones who inspired me to learn. My passion for teaching is based on a love of what I teach, and the opportunity to share this passion with students. Teachers have the moral and social responsibility, and ability, to effect change and to motivate and empower others. I have an opportunity to provide my students with personal and professional skills and strategies that will help them navigate the future.
