Peter Matthew Stack

About Peter

Peter Stack is excited to be working their ninth summer at Interlochen, having recently earned a master's degree from the University of Michigan. While at the University of Michigan, Stack taught painting while creating their own body of work using several different mediums. In 2023, Stack produced their thesis show titled Cacospectamania, which included over 60 works of art. Stack was also featured in the "2023 LGBQT2S+ artists of Michigan" art show at the Lansing Art Gallery.

I believe in holding students to high standards while providing them with a high level of support. I challenge my students to step outside their creative comfort zone to grow as artists.
