I believe that it is the role of a student affairs professional to investigate, amplify voices, and work to disassemble harmful systematic racism, sexism, homophobia, and the colonizer mindset in our school buildings and communities. It is my goal to foster a brave space for students to engage in productive discourse and to learn the innate value of themselves and those around them.
