IPR Giving Opportunities
YOU Make IPR Possible
Gifts from listeners provide more than 60% of IPR's annual operating budget. Your tax-deductible donation helps keep Interlochen Public Radio on the air, serving the community 24 hours a day.
We are grateful for each gift that we receive. Know that your donation—of whatever amount you can give—helps bring you quality programming all year long. In addition to national favorites produced by NPR, your gift also powers the creation of original local programming. Programs like Points North on IPR News and GAMEPLAY, The Interlochen Collection, and Kids Commute on Classical IPR are only possible thanks to the support of listeners. Learn more about IPR giving opportunities in the link below.
If you prefer, call us at 800.441.9422 to donate by phone during normal business hours, or download our printable IPR Gift Form and mail your gift to PO Box 199, Interlochen, MI 49643.

Your leadership gift to Interlochen Public Radio continues a legacy of artistic and journalistic excellence from the stages and studios of Interlochen and paves the way for IPR’s future.
In 1963, Joe Maddy, founder of Interlochen Center for the Arts, fulfilled a dream by creating a public radio station to broadcast classical music from the stages of Interlochen and around the world, free of commercials. This vision was ahead of its time, and in 1971, IPR became a charter member of National Public Radio.
In the decades since, listener support has helped IPR grow into an award-winning station, offering around-the-clock access to unbiased, balanced news and information on IPR News, and captivating music, arts and culture on Classical IPR. Your leadership gift—through the Broadcaster's Circle or Producer's Circle—can help IPR grow into something even greater than Joe Maddy ever imagined.

Supporting Interlochen Public Radio through on-air opportunities is an affordable and effective way for businesses to reach potential customers. Many of northern Michigan's businesses and organizations support IPR through corporate sponsorship of our award-winning programming. In return for their generous corporate support, IPR is able to provide on-air recognition through sponsorships credits. Presented in a clutter-free environment, these on-air credits allow businesses to describe their services and products to our highly engaged and influential audience.
As an IPR underwriter, your message will reach tens of thousands of well-informed and discerning consumers, business owners, and community leaders. Interlochen Public Radio offers a wide range of customized radio sponsorship opportunities that can be tailored to your specific marketing needs and budget.
We encourage you to join other respected businesses and community leaders in our region who have chosen IPR as an integral part of their marketing plans.
